COMPANY
Freight already earns the revenue. We make sure it gets billed.
WHY WE EXIST
A write-off is usually a filing problem.
Freight companies do not lose revenue because the work was not performed. They lose it because the proof that the work was performed sits in a scanned document, the permission to bill for it sits in a contract, and the invoice is built from neither.
We started Groundtruth after watching billing teams work through the same routine every cycle: chase the document, guess at the clause, write the charge off to close on time. The evidence existed the whole time. Nobody could assemble it fast enough to matter.
So the product does the assembling and a person still decides. Every charge Groundtruth proposes carries its documents, the term that authorizes it, and the name of whoever approved it.
HOW WE WORK
Four commitments we hold to.
These decide what we build and, more often, what we decline to build.
-
01
Evidence before assertion
Nothing is proposed without the record behind it. If the proof is missing, we say so rather than estimate.
-
02
A person approves
Groundtruth never bills on its own. Every charge is approved, corrected or dismissed by someone accountable.
-
03
Built for the audit
Documents, terms applied and approval history stay attached to the charge for as long as it can be disputed.
-
04
Fit the existing process
We read the systems already in place and return charges to the billing workflow teams already run.

CAREERS
Open roles.
We hire people who have worked inside a billing cycle, and people who can read a contract as data.
